Devin describes the homes he works in as “There mostly town-houses older 1800-1900s homes.” The company’s Facebook page puts the approach in six words: “Local crew. Clean sites. Straight quotes.”

One of the last three jobs, as of late September 2026, was in Londonderry: the owners took a single room down to the studs, framed in a wall and put in a door, in the middle of a house that stayed occupied. The framing page has that job.

Thirteen services, four groups

What we do

Floors, walls and finish

Flooring, tile, drywall, painting and trim. Devin names drywall repair and paint as the work people ask for most, and flooring and tile as his most profitable work. Most of the photographs on this site are this kind of job: plank floors, bathroom tile, patched and re-hung walls, wainscoting.

Openings and structure

Doors, windows and framing. Doors bring in a lot of calls, and the job photos include a pair of French doors hung and cased, new closet doors trimmed in, and a new opening framed in a basement wall.

A new rough opening framed in raw lumber in a finished basement, with the bedroom visible through it and tools on the floor.

Outside the house

Siding and roofing. The owners have done both, and the outside of the house is where the company is growing next: the goal is to be doing whole roofs by spring 2027. The job photos also show decks, steps and shed doors.

Winter and urgent work

Roof snow removal, ice-dam clearing and emergency repairs are on the list of services Devin confirmed, and this winter the company plans to start bidding roof snow and ice-dam work.

From the job photos

Down to the joists, and a new floor

Drag the handle. On the left, the old floor is up and new plywood subfloor is going down over the joists. On the right, light grey wide-plank flooring runs to the window. The company posted the two photographs together.

The flooring page has the job the owners talk about most, in Newton, and the floors guide covers the materials.

In their words

One call instead of three

The owners cover so many of the trades that they can start several parts of a job at the same time. That is what “frame to finish” means in practice: from framing to paint, one company. More about Devin and the company.

A tidy job site

In a home people are living in, the crew cleans up at the end of every day. Asked what surprises customers most, Devin’s answer was how clean they keep it. The job photos show the finish.

A written estimate and a one-year warranty

The estimate is a written document with the scope, the payment schedule and the one-year workmanship warranty in it. How quotes work covers deposits and timing, and the page on New Hampshire contractor licensing explains why no builder here can show you a state license.

Where we work

The business is based in Manchester, and more of the work runs south of it than north. The towns Devin lists first are Newton, Londonderry, Hudson and Manchester, and as of late September 2026 the three most recent jobs were in Hudson, Hillsborough and Londonderry. The wider list takes in Derry, Salem, Pelham, Nashua and Raymond, with jobs as far north as Laconia and as far west as Bennington. Every town on it is one where the owners have worked, and the radius Devin gives runs from southern Maine to Massachusetts.

The full list, and what it means for scheduling a job further out, is on the service area page.

Questions people ask first

What kind of work does Crimson Maple Construction take on?

Crimson Maple Construction takes on residential work from the framing to the finish, plus winter roof snow removal, ice-dam clearing and emergency repairs. It does not do foundation work or pour concrete pads.

How do I get a price?

Call or text (603) 722-3344, or email [email protected]. Typical jobs have run from about $800 to about $30,000 (September 2026), and every job gets its own written estimate.

Is Crimson Maple Construction licensed?

New Hampshire does not issue a statewide license to general contractors, so no builder in the state can honestly show you one. Trades such as electrical and plumbing are licensed separately by the state. The page on New Hampshire contractor licensing lists what you can check about us instead.
